What visitors say
They fixed the bathrooms, they fixed the dates there available, there handing out bus passes. Thank you for your help 🙏🏾 Words can't fully express the incredible experience I had at this church. It's a true haven where people from all walks of life come together. The sense of community and nourishment is palpable. Whether you're unhoused and in need of resources, hungry and looking for food, or just in need of a caffeine boost before work (9-10am Mon-Thur), this place has got you covered. I wish I could have stayed longer, but every moment spent here was truly cherished. Community on the Rise also resides in this building. COTR creates stunning jewelry from #5 plastics and offers community share time and yoga too. It's a place where you can walk in and get completely nourished, whether you're sorting mail, sweeping the floor, serving coffee, or hearing a sermon. It's a spiritual cup-filling experience. Pastor Sarah and Pastor Adam will never be forgotten in this community. Met with senior pastor and looking forward to future visits. What an amazing vision for our city! Truly helping the homeless. Thank you. I recently visited Church of the Reconciler and took a tour of the facilities. Speaking with the pastors I found that they have a tremendous ministry in downtown Birmingham meeting the needs of the community where they live. I pray that God will bless this ministry with an abundance of blessings. Great church, great ministry.
