Is this a church of Christ? I said the name on here says, "Church of Christ"... But then I read things like " worship dancing".. I see a choir on stage... Praise teams? I graduated from heritage Christian University. My sister's husband's dad is the vice president of Faulkner.... I wish this church has not called Church of Christ. This is not what we believe this is not how we act and this is not what the Bible instructs. This is heartbreaking to see Attended Community Sabbath with my lawyer boss and Martin and Kayla Briggs! Thank you so much for the invite! Rabbi Jeff & his wife Sherri are wonderful! There was worship dancing!! 💃 Highly recommend this experience if you’ve never been. The services are casual, which I could question in terms of the churches in the Bible, but overall they have a wonderful and very active service, which I liked. So you really can't fall asleep here. Also you can drink coffee which will bolt you awake as well. The singing is very passionate and contemporary, so you should definitely visit! I grew up in this church. If I had to highlight two things that made this church special it's this; they make it very clear that no one is perfect or sin-less but everyone is a Child of God, and that the church is the people gathered together inside, not the building surrounding them. I can attribute at least part of my loving gentle nature to Pastor Garry and the sermons he raised me with. Lovely preacher, kind staff.
