What visitors say
I’m disabled and I have no disability income. My daughter picked up food from the pantry. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to make with this. It’s kinda confusing at least the produce is fresh. Thank God it’s not rotten! The squash is pretty. It’s just I don’t know what to do with it. I feel bad bc I don’t know how to cook it. I survived 3 strokes it’s been a challenge obtaining resources. Thank you for the healthy food!! All I can say is that I’ve only been there once—not for me but 3 other families who are really hurting for food. They asked me if I remembered the name—it was Grace Klein—so because we had a Dr.’s appt. in BHM, we stopped afterwards to pick up food for our friends & WOW! There was even a semi truck being loaded with food for individuals that probably didn’t live in BHM like us. The volunteer staff were amazingly friendly and helpful that I wanted to get out of my car and start helping them to do this work!!! Wish I lived closer as I would volunteer for this awesome ministry. Monday through Thursday 1:00-4:00 every week and you just have to fill out an online form first so when you get to the front of the line they can take care of you quickly!! There was all beautiful fresh produce in these boxes, no junk food—some items were not as fresh but still all natural healthy food for families who could not afford to buy this!!! Thank you Grace Klein and Liberty Church for your wonderful ministry of food distribution!!! “ In as much as ye have done unto the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto Me!” I went for the food pantry which is offered every weekday between 1 pm and 4 pm. Got there just before 4 so options were limited as it was the end of the day, still, I was happy to get breads, fruits, and vegetables, even some pumpkin spice cupcakes. Wonderful people who prayed with us and service with joyful hearts and smiles. God is definitely is this place! The kids love it and it has given me a breath of fresh air. I've made some great new friends. I love that it is a very diverse church as well. It has helped bring life back to me and renew my relationship with Jesus! I love this Place wonderful caring ppl who Pray for u an with You and da Food delivery an Pick up at drive thru is Awesome they deserve 10 Stars💫💫💫 for helping and feedin so many ppl in Alabama
