My wife first visited this church in the fall of 2005, while I was still completing our move and transition to Fayetteville from the Houston area. She was excited by the service, the music, and most of all the people she encountered that Sunday. It took a while for us to leave our deep Presbyterian roots behind and join in wholeheartedly with everything FCC had to offer, but now and for the past many years FCC has been our Christian community and home base for our faith and spiritual development. Since Covid times we have welcomed many Christians who have felt judged or not welcome in other churches into our loving arms at FCC. During my recent struggle with Stage 4 prostate cancer, I was fully loved and supported by our church community and am now in full remission. Come visit and see how it feels to be in a church community who really loves and cares for each other! I grew up in this church from an infant. My love for god and humanity blossomed here. First Christian Church will accept you at any path that you are on. It’s a beautiful church family and love that you’ll realize you have never accepted before. Cheryl and Ryan are amazing and the experience here will make you feel like you are at home. I’ve been real down on my luck before and called and Cheryl picked up and she made me feel like I had a family and she cared so much for me. Highly recommend FCC Fayetteville.
