What visitors say
I have been a member of this church for over 20 years, and it has truly been one of the greatest blessings in my life. All of the pastors are incredibly authentic, caring, and genuinely love people. Their faith is evident not only in what they teach, but in how they live and serve others. Terry and Judith Crist’s leadership sets a genuine and spirit filled tone across the entire culture of the church. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are welcomed with warmth and kindness. The atmosphere is inviting, encouraging, and makes people feel like they belong, regardless of where they are in their faith journey. What stands out most is City of Grace’s unwavering commitment to serving the community. Supporting and caring for others is not just something that is talked about from the stage—it is reflected in the actions of the church members, staff, and leadership. There is a genuine alignment between the church’s mission and the way it lives out that mission every day. After more than two decades, I can confidently say that this is a church that loves God, loves people, and strives to make a meaningful impact in the community. I am grateful to call it my home. Amazing graduation ceremony for AZ School for the Arts. Acoustics are great in this house of worship! There is some good preaching. But i recently tried to see a pastor but they wouldnt help me they only asked about me and my member status about a Church i used to go to i call my home Church. And the lady on the phone when i showed up asked if i had an appointment the call got disconnected they didnt answer again. I even called a first time and they said the pastors were busy. I said i was a minister then their attitude changed for the better as if i was important. they left me outside the Church standing in the heat when they called back i let the pastor know why that i need another man of God to talk to it was something that was needed for my spiritual health and faith and only the things a man struggles with especially being a Christian man. I rebuked the pastor and hung up. I just hope they repent not just for what happened with me but to have consideration as a Church of Christ to assist and minister to the next man that needs help. We are supposed to heal the world and be there for those in need as The Lord was for us. I updated my review there response is a lie a pastor called me on the phone from the Church and why aint there no pastors but there was people at the Church. Repent in The Name of Jesus The lady at the office said they were busy I used to go to the Mesa location, but then they moved to the Phoenix location and I was trying to find one closer to me, but no matter where I tried it didn’t feel like I was home. City of Grace feels like home I don’t care how far this church is from me I will find away because this is where I wanna go with my kid if you wanna know the true meaning of the gospel, this is where they preach it it will become your home away from home Pastor Terry brings the Word on the reg in this blessed place. Come as you are!
