What visitors say
Non-denominational Christian Church that loves God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. Sound Christian teaching and doctrine. Worship is genuine. My family and I have been going to this church for 13 years and love it. The community is incredible, builds you up, and very welcoming. Kids ministry is fun and Bible based. Our oldest son and daughter are in the youth group called Fellowship of the King and are inspired to know, love and follow Jesus. I have been a member of Desert's End Church Community for the past 13 years. I'd been without a church home for about 14 years due to transportation issues and although I made my apologies upon their invitation to attend, they unflinchingly offered to drive me and my grandchild, continuing until I was blessed with a vehicle. This community is a family, not merely warm bodies filling seats. The hearts and minds of its people are in love with God! Their faith is sincere and there love is pure. Our church serves ASU with a group for students offering support and guidance and Bible study; there are, during the work week, small group meetings with a variety of goals (I'm in the Empty Nesters). We even have a group of young teens who have done amazing things! I have watched them grow from babies! We've supported individuals, couples, and families who go into the mission field, and those who choose homeschooling here in Arizona! We truly are A Desert's End Community! Desert's End Church has an on campus ministry for Arizona State University called The Well. My son attends ASU and when looking for a Christian club on campus, found The Well to be Biblically based. They took him under their wings, showed genuine care for him, and have discipled him. He's found true friendship with the people in this group. They have the opportunity to meet a couple times a week on campus for discipleship and fellowship. Shortly after attending The Well at ASU, my son started fellowshipping at Desert's End on Sundays. I've visited the church a couple of times while out visiting my son at school. They are a true example of how Christ would want us to gather as a body. They teach straight from the Bible, led by the Spirit, have time of fellowship, and disciple one another. Anyone in the area looking for a tight-knit, Biblically based church would be very blessed here. Love this church. The leadership is really caring. Community is really friendly and if you're looking for genuine connection you'll find it here. This small church meets at Tempe Prep Academy school Sunday mornings. They love Jesus, the Bible, each other, visitors, and the world around them. They sing loud.
