Such a wonderful blessing this morning. A lovely message and a very friendly and kind congregation. I needed this great medicine today and I will absolutely be returning. Thank you for welcoming me. A wonderful home where all are truly welcome. As a lesbian couple we have not felt welcome in some churches, but we have felt totally welcomed into the fold here, loved as Jesus taught us to love all. Here at Saguaro Christian Church, Jesus' teachings are truly lived out, both in word and in action. I am continually struck by the love and grace of this community, and the focus on service for the greater community. The ministers are outstanding. The best I've ever experienced, after being in a number of churches over many years. They love and engage with their congregants, and care deeply. They share Gods love and truth in a gentle and graceful way. They are creative in their focus on caring for and serving the community. We are home here. I always enjoy visits to Saguaro Christian Church. The congregation and staff are so warm and inviting to all. Messages are always so timely and meaningful as well. I am very impressed with the SICP daycare/pre school. It is very well maintained. The classrooms are stimulating to the learning process. All three of my grandchildren have attended the school and all were very well prepared for Kindergarten and beyond both cognitively and socially. Saguaro Christian Church really walks the talk of Jesus' message to love your neighbor as yourself and as an Open And Affirming Community mean it when they say "ALL Are Welcome Here". They actively reach out to each other, to newcomers, to the community as well as the world at large. A beautiful example of 'the hands and feet of Christ ' in action. It's great to have found a church to call home!! I have visited SCC on many occasions. Each time I have found the staff and congregation very warm and welcoming. The ministerial staff is excellent and offers inspiring messages while sharing the love of God. I have also noticed that SCC has a number of ministries such as the food bank, the backpack ministry, the mental health support group along with numerous others. One of their most important ministries is the SICP daycare/pre school program where dedicated teachers work diligently to prepare the children for their future years of education.
