We were at Hephatha for a few years and the majority of it was negative. The one positive is that the other families were wonderful. However, most of the teachers simply did not care. There were many instances where I would speak with the teacher and they’d shrug their shoulders at me. They rarely said hi and smiled. The principal rarely took action on things that went on in the school such as bullying being the biggest problem, character education, the rigor of academia and school culture as a whole. The secretary is nothing short of consistently rude. I would not send your children there. When we left, the principal didn’t respond. They just told us they will stop payment. Super cold and unwelcoming! Hephatha Lutheran School is truly exceptional in every way. The teachers here genuinely care for each student’s academic, spiritual, and social development. It’s clear that they take the time to get to know each child individually and provide the support needed for their success. The school’s curriculum is academically advanced, keeping students challenged and engaged at all times. Beyond academics, Hephatha places a strong emphasis on character development and nurturing a strong sense of community, ensuring that students grow spiritually and socially as well. I am so grateful for the positive impact this school has had on our family! Great pastor and fellowship!!! They are such lovely people to work with. Thank you so much! Love this school. Teachers and staff are wonderful!
