Christian Valley Church is a second home to our family! We have gone to a few different churches in the past, but we have never felt so loved as we do at CVC. We have become closer to one another in the love of Jesus and there is that strong sense of belongingness! The relationships in the church are loving and genuine! Each sermon is biblically sound and Christ-centered! Pastor Colton’s preaching is convicting, challenging and engaging! He is a man after God’s own heart and genuinely loves people and the pursuit of people being saved! His wife, Irene, is such a great helper to Colton and has a such a big heart in serving others! And if you have youngsters, check out the children’s ministry! The kids are being taught the love and mercy of the Savior! I’m so grateful for this church. For a long time, I didn’t attend regularly because I never quite found a place that felt comfortable and genuine. This church changed that for me. It’s a smaller church, which I actually love. The worship is sweet and heartfelt, and the messages are always straight from the Bible, clear and grounded in truth. You can truly see Pastor Colton’s love for the Lord in the way he teaches and cares for people. There’s something really special about walking into a place where you feel known, welcomed, and encouraged. It feels personal, it feels real, and it feels like home. I look forward to Sundays again, and that says everything. 🤍 This church has blessed our new, growing family more than words can describe! We have truly found our home here. God is working through Colton and Irene is amazing ways, and it’s an honor to witness it. Something I absolutely love about CVC is how they have moms and babies in mind; they provide a mother’s room for breastfeeding mothers and their children 2 and younger. They also offer children’s ministry for older kids. It’s great to be able to feed the baby in privacy and not miss a word! This church is a breath of fresh air. The Pastors Colton and Irene are true shepherds. After losing my husband to cancer I came here and the people welcomed me and made me feel like family. The worship is honest and truly from the heart. Colton teaches directly from the Word and gives the history as well as then how we apply it to our daily lives. God is so present and moving here and it is evident in the many generations from young to old. If you want to experience God’s grace, love, truth and acceptance. This is a great place to come. Such a sweet church and all the people that attend. You truly feel the Love when you walk through the doors of Christian Valley. Pastor Colton and Irene’s hearts are so big and they love sharing the word of Jesus.
