Don't call or go or tithe to here. Carlos is extremely freshly, unspiritual, impatient, way easily & quickly triggered, defensive, not humble at all, has no self control, can't reason or use basic logic. And 100% he definitely he can't think critically or hold a basic conversation that challenges his MANY false reachings. He doesn't understand basic Christian things you try to say to him, he shuns Christians out God sends to help him learn, & has a very unteachable spirit. I called about godly advice on something. He kept assuming I wasn't even saved all bc he doesn't even know that people can repent apart from saying a sinners prayer, I had to repeat many times to him I'm saved, how God has changed me, he still couldn't understand the Bible's most basic concept you repent, confess your sins, & believe. He kept pushing this "yes but did you ask him into your heart though"over&over. What a shame he doesn't even know extremely basic Christianity. Next, I explain to him I understand God's will in the situation I'm going through, he picks a theological fight like a punk with me. I tell him "I know you're an evangelist and you're a respectful person," he says he's going to hang up on me and feels bad hanging up on a woman being respectful to him. I tell him then don't hang up, you have the fruit of the spirit so put it on. He had asked me my whole life in the beginning, yet in the end, was utterly & useless to give me any scripture whatsoever, let alone any godly counsel at all. All he did was accuse me of believing things I didn't, & WHEN he asked me how I could believe such things, & I tried to answer him how I didn't, he shut me out, refused to listen tome. He even told me that's not what our call is about, he's not the one needing help here (extremely proud and very arrogant), that I'm the one needing help here all because I had called him for advice. Well, I reminded him yes, but you asked me why I believed something and I'm trying to answer your question, and you shun Christians who disagree with you, you're not supposed to behave that way towards God's people. He says he doesn't have any questions, he was trying to answer my question (again very extremely prideful and arrogant to "presuppose" he's got nothing to learn from a Christian woman). Anyways, he actually hung up on me while I spoke. This man cleaves to his heretical inconsistent Arminianism and fights Christians over his "paradigm" and "system" of beliefs which he doesn't even understand, nor Christian basics, to understand that he keeps "inserting" his theological "presupposition" into scripture, "out of context." I did try to go over one verse, but I never got to, because he was so emotionally triggered, his emotions completely blinded him, his EGO was too great, he talked to me with condescension, & when I barely let him know his attitude towards Christians is ungodly and wrong, he accused me of judging him. Well, apparently, nobody has taught this person Christian basics, such as we are called to judge with righteous judgment. He didn't even know this much. He thinks judging him as incorrect is a sin, like calling him out on unbiblical doctrine & behavior. It's most obvious he has never even learned the most basics of Christian teaching which would have taught him that doctrine & behavior ARE extremely important. I was very calm and respectful, but he wouldn't calm down, & kept disrespectfully talking over me. I told him he should show love & care for the false doctrine he is holding bc it's ruining his ministry to the extent he hates Christian brethren > by his actions towards them Simple Faith Baptist Church is one of the sweetest places I’ve ever been. The pastor and the pastor’s wife make me proud to be in the family of God. The people in this church are so special and caring. This church preaches from the Bible. It’s one of my favorite spots in Oceanside. Amazing church with a great pastor. I would highly recommend this church to anyone in the Oceanside area. This is one of the Best churches I’ve ever been to. It my be small, but God still works in that church. Solid BIBLE BASED Church who talks the talk and walks the walk. Great fellowship and learning experience! Praise the Lord!
