I've been incredibly grateful for my experience at Evangelical Free Church of Chico. The teaching is firmly rooted in Scripture, practical, and always points back to the gospel. Jordan and Rick are passionate about ministry and reaching the city of Chico. Rather than simply attending a service, I've found a church family that values authentic relationships, discipleship, and serving the Chico community. If you have kids, you'll find a safe, welcoming environment with volunteers who truly invest in the next generation. There are opportunities for every stage of life to grow in faith, build meaningful friendships, and get involved in serving others. Whether you've been following Jesus for years or you're just beginning to ask questions about faith, I highly recommend visiting EFCC. It's a place where you'll be welcomed, encouraged, and challenged to grow in your relationship with Christ. I've only been there 3 times and all three times were great. I was a member of Ridge Lifeline Church (aka) 1st Assembly of God, Paradise for 10 years but I'm looking for a new Church. I pray God will show me, without a doubt that Evangelical Free Church is where me and my family belong. I love that they offer 3 different services, which has been great with a baby and her ever-changing nap schedule. They have so many groups to get involved with too! People are very friendly and it's a really nice space. Best non-denominational church ever, it's all about Jesus and how much he loves you. What a refreshing blessing to sing "Great Is Thy Faithfulness" at church with traditional arrangement and community involvement! Thank you to those responsible at E V Free Chico!
