I often get off of work and attend the food pantry on Saturday . I was belittled and picked on by one of the volunteers I also noticed the pastors weren’t here what a coincidence 😓 Her exact words were you have to wait in your car but mam I don’t have a car I walk it was also suggested that I sleep in front of the church if I wanted to get food assistance!!! Very mean hurtful volunteers who take you needing help as a way to talk to you any kind of way Id like to speak to the pastor before I post my experiences on ALL social media sites So no one else has to endure such nastiness. I’ve lost faith for this very reason next week I’m thinking i should record a video evidence this is the second week in a row But I’m not going to let my kids go hungry because of nasty so called religious folks …from reading other reviews others have also been belittle at this church I’ve been coming to this church since we moved to Corona back in 2005, not consistently, but we always felt welcomed whenever we came back. My husband and I asked both the English and Spanish pastors to perform our wedding ceremony back in 2019 and both pastors were wonderful and asked for nothing in exchange. Sad to say, we drifted away from going to church for a few years afterwards, but when the lord wheeled us back to seeking his word; the church received us with open arms and no judgment. My family and I enjoy the way both the English and Spanish pastors preach, but due to my husband only understanding English we mainly attend the English service. The guests we’ve brought all say they feel peace and the lord’s presence here. I’ve personally experienced the lord’s presence and miracles here along with my family. This church is definitely a more intimate option if you’re not looking an overwhelming amount of attendants. What a great place for family, evening school to up your education. Great teachers for the children's during service. Men 's zoom class on Monday evening. just soooooo much going on. come a visit and check out for your self, you wont be disappointed. also we have a beautiful Spanish ministry, speaking in Spanish. Saturday, there a food ministry for the less unfortunate. God Bess I attended last week for a special guest and I felt like family. The family of God is so welcoming and loving. I regularly attend a different church. My experience with New Hope is like visiting with the rest of the family ❤️🙏 may the Lord's continue to use the family of God to reach out to the lost, broken and those that need healing. Since I left Orange County in 2009 I have been searching for a church family I could call Home... years later and church surfing for years, God opened the doors and brought me and my family to Newhope! We were welcomed immediately and with such a true genuineness! The Pastor and his wonderful wife Dalonda share God’s word with passion filled with the spirit of Jesus that ignited that fire within my heart ♥️! Thank you Jesus for bringing us home!
