What visitors say
Great place to worship God and learn. The community is friendly, our kids love meeting new friends here, and my wife and I love the strong relationships we have built here. Seems like each week we meet someone new. We especially like the music and teaching. The band clearly has an excitement for music, and the pastors are very knowledgable and giving of their time. I have grown in understanding of the true grace of God at CBCHB. Our family is blessed by what we have learned through the teaching, fellowship and various ministries here. In particular, we are delighted that our teenage children are engaged as a family in the faith community through the youth ministry. The teaching is biblical and points to Christ. The church is engaged in worship and singing. And the kids program was great. CBCHB is our second home! Our family has been attending Calvary Baptist of HB for the last twenty-one years. The atmosphere is very friendly, welcoming, loving and sincere. CBCHB offers a variety of ministries for the whole family. I personally am involved in Women's Ministry and Life Group with my husband. Most importantly, sound doctrine is being taught here. It's also been a true blessing to see our three children come to know the Lord as their personal Savior, and not just their parent's faith. God Bless. I went to this church for my nephew's wedding. What a nice place for a wedding. It seemed like a friendly little church and it was a good wedding ceremony. My nephew and his blushing bride looked mighty happy. Looks like a great place for a wedding!!!
