What visitors say
We love Light Church. Warm, welcoming and friendly group. Benji, the pastor, is really talented and the worship team that leads music is really good. It’s lovely to have a place like this in Encinitas! This is more of a request, my wife Elizabeth and I never been to California, we're from Tulsa, Oklahoma, I read on Wikipedia that Phil Wickham attends there at Light Church and we want to ask him something... Brother Phil, I wanted to see if you can visit Tulsa sometime, my wife and I would love to see and hear you sing, if you're able it would be really nice if you can visit our church sometime called Real Church on 315 S Sheridan Rd, my pastor is Apostle Scott C Lovett, he's also a great pastor too, he wrote several books, one of them is Jesus In Your Skin and he also wrote several songs, we live stream on Rumble, look for "RealChurchTulsa"... If you're not able to visit our church then can you do like a concert here in Tulsa at the BOK Center or the Mabee Center? We also want a chance to meet you someday if that's also possible please, we love your music, God bless you for doing God's work, we love you brother! I'm very grateful for a humble community like Light to grow closer to God with. Pastor Benji has challenged my faith exponentially. I really enjoy all the open table options. God bless! rating a church is almost an awkward thing in-itself to rate. since all church's should in theory be doing the work of God, The God of Love Peace and Mercy, and therefore should all have 5 star ratings. yet in my experience of attending different churches, I have realized there are places of worship that truly connect, preach and live in the humble loving way of Jesus Christ. The Light Church is one of the brightest Lighthouses of Jesus I have ever come across. The Music, community, and Preacher Benji has a gift from God of speaking the word and allowing space for Jesus to connect. Amazing Godly church. Completely heart driven and full of the Holy Spirit. It’s home!
