So, I stumbled upon this rummage sale, and let me tell you, it was a wild ride! Picture this: prices higher than a giraffe's eye on eBay, a pastor who seemed to think he was running a high-end boutique, and purses that cost more than a fancy dinner. It was like a comedy show, with the pastor playing the role of clueless shopkeeper to perfection. I waltzed in on the last day, expecting some killer deals at 75% off. But oh no, the pastor and his sidekick were there, trying to sell me the idea that their prices were a steal. Spoiler alert: they were still highway robbery, even at 75% off! I did manage to snag a vase for $15, which should have been a fiver, but hey, the pastor's gotta eat, right? As I was making my escape, the pastor hit me with the classic "Do you want to know about God?" line. I politely informed him that I was already tight with Jesus, but he wasn't having it. He went on about his own journey from Catholicism and started dropping scripture like it was hot gossip. Needless to say, I wasn't vibing with his spiel. I can't vouch for how the church is run, but maybe they should stick to Sunday service and leave the rummage sales to the pros. They had a ton of stuff left over, probably because they were charging an arm and a leg for it! And to top it all off, on a freezing morning, they didn't even have coffee or tea for sale. Missed opportunity for some extra cash, am I right? This is a warm, friendly, and family orientated church. If you've been looking for God you will find the path to him here! A family atmosphere. The pastor is passionate about preaching God’s word and diligent about following the leading of the spirit. The service begins at 10 AM. Love abounds. Spirituality is the discovery of the fundamental connection that exists between us and God. Felt the presence of the HOLY SPIRIT the first time we attended this church & still feeling GOD'S HOLY SPIRIT.
