Great congregation. Everyone is very friendly and caring. Love their food assistance on Wednesdays! I used to go to this church 60 years ago when I was a child it was just the small one on the side back then, but the church pool was there. My mother's name was Mary Ellen h a n s e n my father was Marv h a n s e n they're both passed away now. They would have joined in about 1962 my mother taught Bible school for young kids and my father was in the choir sometimes he made some arrangements for the organist. The pastor's name was Pastor enter a tall man with dark hair and dark glasses. And the new pastor was Pastor Paul a young man with light hair I am K Hanson I am 66 now. Unfortunately we moved from Garden Grove in 1968 and later to Houston Texas so we never could come back to visit although I do miss Garden Grove very much. I wish I can continue Bbb, I like to hear Jesus more & about Christian faith. I thought I knew Jesus well ! But, I dont! I want to be & trying to be Christian, it's hard lol. Thanks to Pastor Bryant. 2 lessons from Bbb (spiritually & mentally I'm a slow learner) : (1). don't say OMG I still do it & I'm not quite agree with that. I think for those prosperity pastor who's always screaming "in the name of "JESUS" millions time! (2) Have only ONE master. (I have been doing this b4 pastor told the story of young ruler, which I just know! duuh?? Thank you for bringing up my memory of JESUS Christ story back. MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR for you & fam. Well there was a memorial service for my xwife...she worked there and they did the service for free...very awesome so very nice...extremely compassionate...i wish I know the pastors name though..THANK YOU!!!! I hope they read this One of the lady from the church brought me a card so I can be able to get my baby diapers..I was really in need and God Bless her she's an Angel
