What visitors say
I stopped attending after they kept asking for money to finish building the rest of the church EVERY MASS!! When this campaign first began, it was $4 million. Mind you, the land is already pitched, plumbing, electrical, septic, and ground prep have already been run to the spot. So it's pretty absurd. Well, not as absurd as them upping it within a couple years to $8 million. I didn't go for a while because I felt this was an underhanded money grab. But I went to a holiday service where they had grossly grown their pitch to $13 million!! Who the hell needs a $13 million chapel? Does the church know how many people that would feed? Does it care? Nope. It DOES care about the looks of the place and keeping up with modern non-denominational churches. Its a total waste of resources and screams of corruption from the inside. This parish is very different than many I’ve attended or called home. It’s large and modern, and has that feel. The people are very welcoming, and the priests, including Fr Joe, are excellent. The outside patio area is really nice, as is the walkway through the parking lot. As you walk you will fine signs that tell you various things about Saint Thomas More. It’s a peaceful place to be. Recently moved to Tustin Ranch and I discovered this church. It is a real blessing. I love it and feel happy when I visit it STM hosts abundant opportunities for parishoner involvement, including Bible studies and a wonderful young adult community! We’re so blessed to have a beautiful church and clergy especially Father Eugene and Fr Thomas who are very compassionate about the church! We are also thankful for the many hard working ministries available to participate . Looking forward to the new building and development of St Thomas More which is so needed!
