Super nice and humble pastor. Went recently to help a friend due their dad passing away (I also knew their family). Pastor helped me clean setup, and he worked up a sweat! He was very accommodating and hands on. I helped decorate and hostess the meal so the family could relax. The premise had plenty of parking and the church is spacious and very traditional with pews. Very warm atmosphere. Very friendly, loving brothers and sisters of God. Pastor Vicente is very empathetic and kind. If you have been out of the church loop, feel skittish about attending a service because then you get bombarded with pushiness and it is overwhelming for you then I would say try this place. It’s low key. I started coming here mid 2017. Love the friendly people. Very loving Pastor. This has been an important Worship Center near downtown San Diego for several decades. Our Service is the Second Multicultural in afternoon. This Church doesn't care about Veterans especially homeless Veterans with P.T.S.D.. I am currently a client in Dreams For Change Safe Parking Lot Program! It's Saturday night May 28th and in the last couple of days I asked several different staff members about Monday Memorial Day if since there's no Head Start Program for the children if it's possible we can stay the whole Holiday Monday instead of having a to leave by 6:00am so we could celebrate and I even offered to provide everything myself to barbecue for us homeless individuals and veterans but they said no! I have P.T.S.D. and I have no family except my Emotional Support Animal Cat MIT MIT that keeps me from committing suicide each and every day!! Really gives me and I hope everyone else what this Curch and Dreams For Change Safe Parking Lot Program is all about: jut lining their pockets with money not used to help homeless people or people in need! Please don't support either this Church or Dreams For Change supposedly Non-Profit Organization! Great place to go and hear the word of God. The pastor is real nice and friendly . Great place to worship. They make You feel at home. Reminds me of the church I grew up in
