A few years ago I was trying to find a place to rest because I had just become homeless. I tried to rest on the lawn in front of the church. There were people there who came out to tell me to leave. Not a big deal, I started packing up my stuff and I started asking about the church. The women basically told me it wasn’t for me, and turned me away. Come to find out years later it’s a Presbyterian church like I grew up going to?? I didn’t even get into the fact that I was a young girl in my 20’s on the streets - something they couldn’t care less about. People like this and how I was treated make me sick now because I realize how full of it you all are. Yes, I have a family now and we’re not homeless. Y’all are heartless. Trabuco Presbyterian is the most inclusive and engaging church community I have been to. Shoutout to Caleb Henry for his amazing youth program, he is truly the best. This church is a good place to raise your kids in and in my opinion the best. We’ve attended this church for many years. Christ-centered, biblical-based worship and caring, warm community. Offers children’s programs, bible studies, and many other programs. Church community actively serving many other ministries, as well (support missionaries, food drives, work with homeless programs, etc). All welcome! Phenomenal community that seeks to build people up, encourage them, and create space for authentic life together while preaching and teaching Christs truth in unique and creative ways!! Easter Sunday! Loved celebrating Easter with our community and church family!
