Amazing community with some of the kindest people! I’ve had the opportunity to volunteer with the for the Soup Kitchen a number of times over the years and the amount of work they do for the community at large, and their selflessness is admirable! They very giving and welcome you with open arms, even if you’re not a member of their church. It was absolutely wonderful and inspiring church service... I was with my beautiful friend, Margaret.. Thank you so much to Saint James for hosting LACMA‘s Sunday’s Live concerts. Beautiful church with gorgeous reverberating acoustics. The Architecture is beautiful. I attend AA meetings there. Thank you to the Church for allowing the space for it. Absolutely beautiful building. Walking into the St.James Episcopal Church was a beautiful heartwarming experience. I couldn't be more grateful to Ms.Margaret who's love for humanity is something beautiful and quite frankly, very rare. If you are looking to donate I recommend this place they actually care for human beings and see that the donations go to the community. There was something very authentic and beautiful about this place. When you walk into this place the love and generosity from the volunteers and Ms.Margaret is to be honest a bit overwhelming and I couldn't be more grateful. We were fed, clothes were given to our family and food to take home. I want to thank Ms.Magaret and the wonderful volunteers of the St.James Episcopal Church.
