My husband and I absolutely love Oceanside First Presbyterian Church and preschool. From the moment we walked in, people were incredibly welcoming and genuine. It truly feels like a church family. The Sunday service is meaningful and encouraging with great worship music, choir, and band, and Pastor Mike’s biblical teaching is thoughtful, practical, and centered on Jesus. The atmosphere is joyful and relaxed, and the free coffee and courtyard fellowship make it easy to connect with people. One of the things we appreciate most is how much this church cares about the Oceanside community. They are actively involved in outreach programs and service projects that make a real difference. If you are looking for a welcoming Christian church in Oceanside where people are authentic, friendly, and serious about growing in faith, I highly recommend visiting Oceanside First Presbyterian church and preschool. Oceanside First Presbyterian Church is such a warm and welcoming space to Reach, Teach, and Serve each other, those in our community, and across the globe. The first time I attended, I immediately felt at home and accepted. The church is politics free space, accepting all people and family, regardless of prior experiences, beliefs,race, Marital status, and sexual orientation. I joined the choir, have attended the Wednesday Women’s fellowship, the monthly seniors activities, and special services, concerts, and community events. Adult , teens, and children’s ministries are offered, as well as presentations such as the Parkinson’s and Cancer support groups. I hope you will come and experience Oceanside First Presbyterian Church and find out for yourself! We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this preschool. From day one, the environment has been incredibly welcoming, making both my daughter and our family feel comfortable and supported. This was my daughter’s first time in a school environment, and I was naturally a bit nervous. The teachers (Mrs. Marks and Mrs. Saldaña) took the time to walk me through what to expect and gave helpful guidance on how to navigate those first couple of weeks. They reassured me that the transition period was normal and they were absolutely right. With their support and encouragement, my daughter adjusted beautifully. By week three, she was excited, happy, and eager to go to school each day. The teachers are attentive, caring, and truly invested in the children. I really appreciate how they take the time to provide daily summaries at pickup, so I always know how my daughter’s day went. It gives me so much peace of mind. The school also does a great job of keeping parents informed about upcoming events and activities, which helps us stay involved and better support our daughter’s growth and development. Overall, I’m so grateful for the positive, nurturing environment they’ve created. It’s clear they genuinely care about the children and their families. The church members are very friendly and welcoming. The music is a great mix of classic hymns and contemporary. The Pastor is personally welcoming and his messages truly hit home. The church offers many activities and worthy causes. I truly enjoy coming! Oceanside First Presbyterian Church and Preschool has been a wonderful community for my children and family. The preschool, community, staff and teachers are so amazing. I could not be happier with the experience here Church and preschool both.
