I love how often the church offers masses daily. Priests are friendly and I love their homilies. The community is also warm and gentle. It is a very nice church to pray and strengthen relationship with Lord. Holy Family is a peaceful church to visit or attend mass. The choirs are wonderful to hear during masses at 11:00. I feel in a very spiritual place during mass with the music & prayers. Today it was a very special mass welcoming our Fr. Sy Nguyen. It was a blessing moment for my family to be part of this ceremony with all Holy Family Fathers. 💕🙏 I have grown in my Catholic Faith, much in part having to do with Father Sy, the Pastor at Holy Family. My husband and 4 kids have attended Holy Family since 1989, and they all received most of their sacraments there. It will always feel like my Catholic "home" to me. The Holy Mass is very reverent and traditional at Holy Family, which I appreciate. It is very welcoming. There are many opportunities to be involved in Parish life. Over the years, my husband and I enjoyed helping with Cathecism classes, Jr. High Youth Ministry, Parish Councel, Ushering, St. Vincent de Paul Society, Choir member, and volunteering at the Fiesta, and taking classes to further our understandingof Catholicism. I definitely suggest that you come to Mass any day of the week, and see for yourself what a wonderful place it is to Worship our Lord and be a part of this community of Faith. Good priests there Spiritual connection for everyone..from quiet prayer time during Adoration..to many church groups to choose from..of course daily Holy mass said always with deep devotion. Many special celebrations during the year. Wonderful inspiring music ministry Full and caring community My initial impression of Holy Family was phenomenal. Previously gave the church a 5, updating to a 3 now. Overall, it is a good church. You cannot be too critical of our churches and priests, everyone does their best. The parking lot is big and it’s easy to park. The choir is good. I like that they let you take the Eucharist by tongue, the Michael archangel prayer is a nice touch at the end. However, the church is incredibly hard to get a hold of. We’ve been attending for 4 months and still haven’t been able to contact anyone about becoming parishioners and the online portal doesn’t work. The Eucharist ministers repeatedly do not give our son the blessing when he carry him up during the Eucharist. Just because he is a baby or asleep doesn’t mean you shouldn’t give it to him - that very much bothers me and we’ve emailed the church about this and never got a response (2mo later).the lady that helps people find a seat during mass is very rude as well and comes off very judgemental to those arriving late.
