What visitors say

I visited here this morning, and I felt very much as if I had finally found my way home. Wonderfully kind and friendly people. If you are ever in need every Thursday starting at 9:30 a.m. they give free food till 11 a.m. . And then I went during Thanksgiving and they gave you lots of food and addition $15 gift card for turkey and all the fixings. Which is located by the swap meet in Imperial Beach very nice people I absolutely love that they do so much for the community, up to and including helping those who can’t always feed themselves and their families to have a meal. People are openly friendly and I’ve always gotten nothing but smiles when I come around! Came here several times on the weekend to check it out while eating with my family. The people were rude to new comers, and the church was so petty they blocked off parking to other people that normally do park across from the church, and no church families were even using the space while everyone else is desperately searching for parking. That's not a house of worship... That's not what Jesus taught us. This is a sinful excuse for a church and I'm ashamed to admit I'm a Methodist after coming here. 1 star. I love being here, people really care and treat me well. I belong to the interfaith shelter while waiting on my apartment through section 8. My journey has been amazing and I'll have my own place in April
