In my quest to visit every Catholic Church in San Diego county, I recently attended a Sunday Mass at Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in San Diego. The 10 AM service was well-attended but not crowded, and the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. The Mass was celebrated in English, and the priest gave an inspiring homily. I was impressed by the cool vibe of the community, and I would definitely recommend attending Mass at this church if you are near Liberty Station and looking for a lovely and welcoming place to worship. Bad experience with Nextdoor. They suspended me for showcasing our Farmers Market vendors on Saturdays 9-1. Great church and school I love there community and the students there are very kind and polite My wife and I had never been to this place before though The neighborhood has a very comfortable feeling to it where it is. Stopped by to attend mass on Mother's Day and really enjoyed the service. This is a Catholic Church, so if you are Catholic you made enjoy the experience here. Sometimes it's great to have different places to go to. Even if you are not Catholic you just might like it here. It would be my hope that you gain a most heart fulfilled experience here. I certainly would not be surprised. My 3 kids have been going to this school for 4 years now. I know of a handful of great catholic schools in the area, but this one happens to fit our family well. We've gone through 2 Priests and 2 Principles since we've been here. The current Priest, Father John is so down to earth and really loves the academy. As for the new Principle, she is a loving and kind person with kids of her own that go here. Please ignore the negative reviews and visit the school yourself to make your own judgement.
