We've been going here for almost 4 years (since we moved to the Bay). We feel at home with our community here and love it! The teaching & worship are great. Their passion for this generation is inspiring. My home church also rented out of a high school, so it feels like home ¨̮ My first impression 4 years ago when I started attending their services was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. I have found a community of believers who spur one another in discipleship. Not just Sunday Christians, but everyday Christians. Found this church via instagram in December when I moved from San Francisco , previously attending Hillsong SF, to Campbell in search of a new church home. The moment I walked into service, I was welcomed with warm smiles and greetings with heartfelt worship music and service that connected God's word to our modern daily life. The leadership team did not hesitate to get newcomers connected into the community making everyone feel welcome. Within a month I was plugged into a connect group, school of Faith classes, and serving. I came in looking for a new church home and community and got so much more; we do LIFE with each other and continue to build our family/community with Jesus at the center Come as you are - all are welcome Our family has been members of Awakening Church for four years! We feel spiritually fed through Pastor Ryan's sermons and supported by the wonderful and welcoming community. There are so many opportunities to serve in the church and the surrounding area. Our three children love the youth and kids programs as well. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a home church! Awakening church is a great church the people are really following the Lord. They invest a lot of time money in outreach to people in the community. The people are not judgmental and love people around them. The worship is good and the teaching is solid. I never felt judge or I was too bad of a person to go church. Check out the church. I promise you won't regret it.
