Building appears abandoned or private entry, but it's not. You open the door and walk straight in, actually. Until it ends, first left door you see. The other one is corporate and does not handle anything. They said they've been trying to fix the gps for years, unsuccessfully, and keep sending people to Santa Ana (where it appears to have moved or require and entry code, but really doesn't). At this particular location, if you go by the gps, it's correct. You may enter from either the front or back, but the back is nearest to the actual suite. I saw many people drive away because there is NO SIGN ANYWHERE WHATSOEVER. They appeared very short staffed. Unless people have a very specific insurance, they can't help. They provided paperwork and numbers to call. We were there since 4 Am to get a hotel voucher, when they opened they have priority over people because they let some other guy go first even though we had been there waiting since 4 am. They said they are there to help but in reality they are there to see you struggle. I had my 4 year old with and I can't believe even seeing me with my child and without a place to stay they won't help you. If I could really give them a 0 I would. They expect us not to be mad and frustrated about the situation. I hope they never end up in our shoes and suffer what we are going through now. They were so nice to me they helped me out a lot I found a place they paid my deposit $7,000 buy me all new furniture it's a great program the workers are so nice they fix my car paid all my bills off over $10,000 of assistance I am so grateful Honestly these people are a blessing! Great communication from start to finish. ((People should just be mindful that resources are often limited so it's not always a simple process.)) I thank you all from me and my family we are so grateful! Keep up the great work 🙏❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏 My sister was getting help from the office in Santa ana. We had tired to contact a supervisor for two days, there was no response. When we did get to talk to the supervisor about the issues, someone name Javies said they are not the store. The man was rude. Please help that man's mouth.
