Went to a meeting there for the first time and met old friends. Perfect place for an early mindset. Very positive and I will return to charge the soul batteries. Great service,good people ,visit whenever you can They have free dinner every Sunday. And we are very grateful for it. The food has been delicious every time. And they cook every bit if it from scratch. And its not a can of beans and a hot dog. Its great sloppy joes and zucchini with mushrooms and taco soups and homemade corn bread and salads. Then they have a grocery line after dinner. They also have clothing and other items that you can get something if you need it. Everyone there us so sweet and caring. They are always polite and the kids that are there serving are the same. And we all know that people being caring and polite are a rarity now days. I look forward to being there every Sunday. In where its warm, nice people Nd good food. I have been attending for about 15 years. The current rector, assistant, music, staff and lay leadership are all wonderfully committed, compassionate and thoughtful Christians. Compassion, Celebration and Community are the hallmarks of the church, and the worship services are terrific. All are welcome at God's table at this church, which emphasizes the discovery of your own, authentic, personal journey of Christian faith instead of marking off dogmatic checklists from the distant past -- which, if I remember right, was central to Jesus' teaching as well. :) Please come visit. I think you'll like it. I have not been in a church since 2008. ..... been to new York city to California. And only a handful I would say. Helps people. The ENERGY in here is so real. I hope I can be part of this community. As of right now we are in need of help. And because they help I will return the favor.... this place is beautiful. If you have been lost. I'm sure you will reconnect. ^_^ here. Just park in parking lot. And feel the energy this place is giving. !
