This church is solid in so many ways. If you’re looking for a church that preaches the Word, then look no further. All of the pastors rightly divide the truth. If it ain’t in the Bible, they’re not mixing it into the sermons. No spiritual gymnastics here. There are many programs outside of Sunday services to get plugged in and connected. I especially like the effort put into growing men and making disciples. This is a church about putting “Feet on your faith,” As Pastor Ted often says. You will experience a deep commitment to representing the life of Christ amongst the people who attend. Of course, there are no perfect churches, but our eyes are on Christ and Him magnified and glorified. We excitedly await his second coming! We just tried this church for the first time today 12/21/25 after moving here. We tried another local area non/denominational church (revival off Scott road) with our three kids but were told we couldn’t take our 2 year old in the sanctuary because she might be loud. Needless to say we didn’t go back and tried reliance. When we got there we checked in our kids to the children’s program but asked about bringing our 2 year old into the sanctuary. The lady was so nice and said “ Paster Ted has a bunch of grandkids and loves kids. All were welcome in sanctuary if they didn’t want to participate in the children’s programs.” We tried the kids programs any way and all 3 of our kids loved it. Pastor Ted’s message was deep and hopeful and just what we needed to hear. Parking was great, it was like Disneyland where they direct you right to a spot. Same with getting into the sanctuary. Very welcoming. I think we found our new home church. I love this church family! I've been attending and serving here for over a year, and I'm thankful for this Gospel-driven community of people. The Bible is faithfully taught and preached, and there is intentional and fruitful discipleship. I came from a much smaller church before and I was nervous about trying to find a place to serve, but it was easy for me to get connected with a ministry and grow in my gifting. There is a wide array of ministries available to anyone who wants to find loving and prayerful community in the church. Reliance Church has been a blessing in my family’s life. Our three girls have grown up in this church and are now teenagers. They have become rooted with God at the center of their being. Our Pastors teach THE BIBLE! Not the “Bible according to man’s opinion”. The Men’s Bible studies and Men’s tactical group have been a blessing to me personally. Thank you Lord for our Reliance Church Family, may others experience your love and grace through this church. 🙏 The church has a lot of younger adults here. And the worship was good. No religious spirit here. But they are lacking in the fear of the LORD and in love. It was as if many of them thought it was just a concert and not worship. It's not about quantity but quality. Jesus had 72 disciples at one point yet only 11 were with him on the mount of olives. I see a lot of work needed here. I pray for them 🙏🏻❤️
