I've been to this ER many times. I don't get people who are mean to nurses or doctors. I've only had good experiences! The doctors and nurses listen. I can see that they care. Just be patient when they're understaffed please. Anyone who has/had a job where they're understaffed will understand! The Healthcare system sucks in this country but at least the nurses and doctors care here! I had a very disappointing experience at this emergency room. I waited almost four hours without being placed in a room, even though I told the staff I was feeling dizzy and felt like I might faint. The nurses seemed dismissive, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. When I spoke with the doctor about how I was feeling, I did not feel that there was much concern for my symptoms or my well-being. When someone goes to the emergency room, they are usually scared and not feeling well. Patients deserve to feel heard, cared for, and treated with urgency. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit. In contrast, I have had much better experiences at West Hills Hospital. The nurses there are attentive, and the doctors genuinely seem to care about their patients’ health and well-being. I hope this hospital can improve its level of care and communication so patients feel safer and more supported. I am extremely disappointed with the level of care I received at this hospital. From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating and stressful. The staff seemed disorganized, and communication was poor throughout my stay. The nurses, in particular, were inattentive and unprofessional. It often felt like I was being ignored when I needed assistance, and when they did respond, their attitude came across as rushed and dismissive. Basic requests took far too long, and there was little empathy or concern shown for my condition. Cleanliness and overall management also raised concerns, making the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe. A hospital should be a place where patients feel cared for and supported, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this hospital to others based on the lack of proper care, professionalism, and attention from the nursing staff. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely horrible ER. The waiting room was dirty and smelled awful, with trash all over the floor. I told them my sibling had diarrhea and was vomiting — no one cared. The staff were laughing and chatting with each other instead of doing their jobs. 0/10. Tarzana Hospital is the best — fast, organized, professional, and respectful. If you have time to make a choice - it should be TARZANA!!! Great service. Great empathy. Great speed. I went here 2 times this year and they took great care of me in a timely manner and diagnosed me properly as well.
