Why is police car illegal parked and blocking patients to get pickup or walk through. No police light are on no police officers inside the vehicle. This is a illegal parking and he is going to get a parking ticket plus violation for leaving the vehicle unintended. This has been send to parking enforcement. And we will be heading over to the Van Nuys police station to find the driver of this vehicle. I've been to their ER twice. Once I wasn't in much of a rush a they took care of me well and I'm uninsured so I just paid about $187. The second time it was very much an emergency. I just had my nose (deviated septum) fixed 2 days prior and woke up with a severe nose bleed, with blood coming out my nose, mouth on being swallowed. Worse, I had an 8 inch long blood clot from my sinuses going down my throat or I could cough it out so it hung out my mouth like my tongue and was choking on it for around 45 min at least while waiting for the Dr and since it was covered in blood and slippery I couldn't grip it to pull it out. A nurse tried with gloves to pull it out but twas too slippery. Finally when the Dr and his nurse came in she tried to pull it out by wrapping a small towel around it and it worked and I told her that's all I was yelling about for the past hour and was no longer choking. Then because of all the blood I swallowed I threw up approx a half pint to a pint of blood into a bed pan. The Dr called the Dr who did the surgery and the surgeon told him to put these inflatable long things in my nose and kept pumping them full of air, which was what he was told by the surgeon to do. But it hurt more than most things in life. It was like Arnold Schwarzenegger pulling that thing out of his nose in that 80's movie Total Recall. But that also just cost me $187. So for an ER visit that was very cheap with no insurance. They must get govt funding. Didn't like the wait but was grateful for them for taking care of me for just $187... Worse experience I had at this hospital I have arrived 930 pm and left 2 am I was feeling horrible with serius flu the waiting time was horrible also they don’t have no water either tissues people have flu. After I waited 5 hours the doctor come to check me and tell me that he can give me any medication for my flu basically I went there for no reason I waste my time and money because they still charging my health insurance. The elevators in the building dont work properly Terrible, they give you an appointment and then wait two hours. I don't like it.
