We are from of state were visiting family. We were impressed with the warmth of the greeters, the community, lots of Family, the beautiful music/choir, and most of all the beautiful homily of the Monsignor. I was here for a memorial. I am not a religious person. So I am rating this based on the building, it's amenities and location. So I giving this 5 stars because I found parking easily. Also, the place was clean. After the religious ceremony, a reception was held in the basement. And although it was a basement, it was clean, and modern, and had a very nice remodeled kitchen. There was plenty of sitting for all guests. And while this was a very sad occasion, and I am not a member of this congregation, I felt welcomed. Priest was friendly and greeted people before the service (he inquired after my regular church and vocation). Music was feminine, 2000s film-music style (a la movie about a girl who takes care of a horse). Altar girls instead of altar boys for the ceremony. Sermon was frank and about giving money. Priest is well-spoken. Wafers were given in the hand. The building is ridiculously beautiful (real limestone detailing all along the outside). Community and priest are glad and gleeful with the guidance of the governing pope. This is one of Denver's finest Catholic churches. This beautiful church has a great history located on the beautiful seventh Ave Parkway and all this is next to a wonderful Catholic school. A good place and faith-community to start or even restart your personal spiritual journey. Very warm community
