Great warm inviting church. Always feel welcome. Also great music and sermons! I have been attending Park Church for over 4 years and have found it to be a gospel centered and Godly environment that boldly preaches the Word. We strive to be a diverse community where everyone is welcome- all races, ages, and backgrounds. This is also a safe place for those examining the claims of Christianity to come and learn. Please join us on Sunday at 9, 11, or 5pm. Park church is awesome. Gary is an awesome preacher and continually surprises and impressed me with his teaching, knowledge and down to earth understanding. The church itself is beautiful. The music is a great mix of hymns and contemporary worship and the people are very friendly. really good church for Sunday visit. The people were friendly, the music was decently good, and it was great to celebrate communion with this church – since it does so every Sunday. The preaching was just okay, a little unengaging – but it was not their normal speaker (whom I hear is very good). also, I'm 37 and I was probably in the oldest 20% of the church. When people say it's a young crowd – it's a very young crowd. I would absolutely recommend this church for someone visiting Denver, or for someone looking for a church in Denver, or for someone looking into Christ or the Christian faith. No church is perfect, but this one is really good. Park church is definitely a younger crowd when I attended and the worship seems more along the lines of some of the reformed (hymns) with contemp praise and worship. For those looking at churches in Denver, I highly recommend this church if you want to go where the Bible is taught every week and you like a more traditional church. Probably wouldn't recommend it for someone looking for "all beliefs are equally valid" teaching. People will be awesome to you, but the insistence on one way to God may rub you the wrong way. Hope this helps seekers. Good church, good people, you can get to make a lot of good friends here.
