What visitors say

I have friends who live in the area, and this is the church I visit when I am in town. I love this church, and I always look forward to going! Everyone I meet there has been welcoming and kind each time. The preaching is great. Easy to understand while still being rich with meaning and convicting (in a good way). It’s also been fun to see the church campus remodel progress each time I visit. I can tell they have worked really hard, and it’s so warm, open and inviting now. I can’t recommend a church more highly, if you are in Jacksonville you should check it out! Very good church first church I remember going to. Very good people strict and obedient when it comes to the Lord amen. Its been years since I've visited but I know all is well 💞 god bless I've been part of FBC Jacksonville and its worship ministry now for almost 2 years, and I absolutely love it! I've never been in a church that welcomed me quite like First Baptist has. On top of that, to be part of a worship ministry like this one has been such a blessing. The choir/orchestra is truly like a family, and the leadership is second-to-none. Every week, we are led in truth-filled, God-honoring worship and get to experience musical excellence at the same time. I'm also involved with the Student Worship ministry, and it's such a great opportunity for students to learn more about worship and have fun with music. If you're looking for a church home in the Jacksonville area, come visit First Baptist! A time was had celebrated end of the school year luncheon served by JSO STAFF food was delicious & the recognition was beautiful (crossingguards) lifestyle 5 to 30 yrs wow what and amazing achievement Time frame We had a blast this past year at all the Christmas festivities around campus! First Baptist makes Christ the center of Christmas and provides family friendly events through all of December to enjoy! Their Christmas Fellowship event was a blast! They had sleigh-rides, live orchestra, and even snow in Jacksonville!
