The Well Church has been such a blessing in my life. I was baptized here, and from the beginning I’ve felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely loved. This church truly lives out faith, community, and grace. Fist of all I want to say this church and EVERY outreach they do is empowering and changing for those like myself who have often felt less than and/ not accepted. I felt I needed to leave this review today is response to the girl who just left a nasty review that had no truth to it and it hurts my heart immensely bc this church and multiple of the services they offer have helped ME. Let’s always make it clear that I am a single. I had the appointment today, an emergent one bc today the volunteers were all in theee in the heat building and going through making everything perfect for ALL PEOPLE WHO NEED IT. When she states she was told to come up there. It was not by ANYONE at loves it was a my friend with me who told her to come there. That’s not how it works EVERY SINGLE PERSON has to make an appointment. Christie was neither rude nor mean to this girl. The girl is an entitled bully obviously not thinking something like this trough. No one told her to just go up there ba ever what she wants and needs AND EVEN AFTER HER ATTITUDE AND RUSE TALKING this Jesus community that has helped so so many people I know! Get paid absolutely nothing for it! Still offered for her to come . I’m sorry but I needed the truth to be read, if she is able to lie and make it seem like something it absolutely was not or be women enough to change it herself. Jesus gave me new life years ago and part of his strength ahead is saying something when something’s not right. That chicks story is not his she made it sound thank you love moves. Thank you for the pitter patter of little feet jumping on the turning you not only gave us but delivered UP TWO STORIES thank you Darnell and Angie and everyone else who sweats and slaves and sorta in the warehouse so people like me can start over no matter the treason we had. I got alway alive from my abuser. Another friend got clean and got her kids back and guess where all the furnishings came from!???? LOVE MOVES so I’m praying for the girl who wrote this and her friend. Bc you are wanted there you are welcome and they will help you the same way they help everyone else, you just have to do the steps. It’s not a thrift store and just some random girl tour on the phone with can’t just invite you. The Well is a Christian church that is very authentic. All are welcome and encouraged to be a part of their Jesus community! They give free coffee and Krispy Kreme donuts before the service, and the pastor’s wife Missy makes each person’s coffee to order. They prioritize loving and serving others, meaning a lot of what makes this church special is what they do outside of the church building including “love cleans” a mobile shower unit on Wednesdays, and “love feeds” a food pantry every 1st and 3rd Saturday. The Pastor, Tone Benedict, is very passionate about loving people in tangible ways and encouraging people to meet the needs of their neighbors. He is the type of person who leads by example and is not afraid to get his hands dirty to help someone else without being self-righteous about it. He is very good at pointing people to Jesus and spreading the good news of the gospel! I absolutely love my church, my pastor and my church community!! Ive been a member for three years and I love it here. I feel loved and accepted. This church has given my life so much purpose. There is so much opportunity to get involved with the many different missions we have including delivering showers to our street friends, furnishing the homes of people in need, or feeding the hungry.... All of this and much more, centers around LOVE and meeting people wherever they are at in life. Jesus said, "its the sick who need a doctor" and thats who we try to serve. No judgements, no lecturing, just LOVE. This church means HOME to me. Come join us! This review is actually from Lucille Gabany Pastor Tone and Jesse and all of the staff and the congregation the time I’ve been coming I feel the presence of God I see God in the lives of the people. I experience seeing lives being transformed into the children of God who they were created to be in the first place the music is phenomenal, uplifting, and the preacher I believe it’s divinely inspired. I love how the Well church is committed to spreading the need for Jesus for ALL People.
