This is a great church. For anyone who is seriously wanting to be rooting in Christ centered scripture for themselves and or their family this is the place to go in this area. The people are loving and elders are knowledgeable, personable and loving as well as theologically capable. It’s hard to find a gem like this. You will be lovingly challenged to grow in holiness. True to the Gospel and sharing the Good News are their top priority! Family in Faith, warm, friendly and welcoming! I have been attending Florida Coast Church for most of its eight-year history, and not a week goes by that I don’t thank God for making me part of this special congregation. There is a warm, friendly family atmosphere that is felt the moment you walk in the door. The worship is simple, participatory, and heart-felt. Sound biblical preaching provides rich spiritual food, bringing fresh insights to Scripture passages I have been reading and studying for years. Want more? There are prayer meetings and Bible studies during the week and an active women’s ministry. This is authentic, biblical Christianity. In first posting my review a few years ago, I failed to mention the many wonderful people God has used and continues to use at Florida Coast Church, especially our pastor Larry Trotter and his wife Sandy. They are a seasoned ministry couple, having worked together for over a quarter century as missionaries in Mexico before starting our congregation. Larry’s teaching and leadership gifts are beautifully complemented by Sandy’s caring hospitality and her work with women and children. We love them both! Great church great sound teaching loving people and excellent pastors it is an amazing place for community Florida Coast Church was welcoming and kind to us as visitors. Many people went out of their way to introduce themselves to us and make us feel loved. Pastor Trotter preached a sermon that was Christ centered, expository and encouraging. Prayer was heart felt and they are strong in supporting missionaries. If you are local to the Pompano Beach or Ft Lauderdale area, please consider attending and becoming a member of this authentic, caring body of believers.
