I have been lucky -- blessed (yes!) -- to sit by to some of the leadership from Bay Chapel in Tampa twice over the past few months. Their love of Jesus is infectious. An amazing group of people doing incredible things. God bless you!! Love is the best word to describe this place. I grew up in a Southern Baptist church, always felt judged, condemned, people giving funny looks if someone was not dressed right or reading a different version of the Bible. From the moment you walk in this place the entire staff and Congregation pour out nothing but Love. The people are what make this place such a great Church, but it's God's presence in them that shines the most. If you want a place to feel welcomed and love, this is your Church Great church amazing crew highly recommend This is not a church, it's THE CHURCH for you and your family. My family has lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 120 years. We have even pastored church's all over Tampa Bay. This church is the best church I have ever attended including our own when we pastored. The music is the best! The children's ministry is the best and we have 7 grandchildren. And all the pastors, staff and volunteers are truly loving to all the guest. You must visit Bay Chapel. My wife and I have been going to Bay Chapel for about six months and I want to share our experience. We have always felt welcomed and part of this family. I always sense God’s presence in this place. For example, in this morning’s service, I didn’t want the music to end because the praise was so meaningful. That is what Heaven must be like, right? And Pastor Bria’s preaching today (as well as how Pastor Wes preaches as our shepherd) is biblically-based and beautifully vulnerable. I have never written a review on a church but felt led to voice this experience. If you are seeking a place to worship with kind and loving people, then try Bay Chapel. Bill Barksdale
