What visitors say
I've been attending this church since the very first day they launched and I can proudly say this is HOME. I've found a community here that has helped me feel accepted no matter where I stand in life. If you are looking for somewhere to grow you relationship with God, your Local community, and yourself, then I hope to see you on Sunday :) One of our major concerns we contemplated while considering a move to Tampa 3 years ago was finding a church HOME to continue worshiping, growing our faith and serving by doing. Local City provides all of that and more. We are so thankful. During our stay in Tampa we went to Local city church on the Sunday, before Tropical storm. I couldn’t stop crying! Thank you Holy Spirit for always showing up, when needed. Pastor was Amazing! We've been 2 times now. Love having this church right in my neighborhood. Love the reputation they have built with the school. Heard great report from a friend who is an administrator at Hillsborough high school. The music is well done, preaching alive, interesting, on the spot in doctrine and Jesus is presented and represented in a way I feel makes His heart happy and brings a smile to His face. It's definitely worth a try if you are seeking answers to life's hard questions or just need something bigger than yourself. Local City Church is home to us. Everyone treats you as one of their own. When my 17 year old daughter told me she wanted to give it a try, I thought it was just going to be a temporary thing. To my surprise she has felt comfortable there since day one. Yes I say surprise because we all know how teenagers are very quick to change their minds. I have sat and have stood next to my daughter and seen how she has been touched by the power of God. When I saw her tears running down her face I felt joy and knew that she was comfortable at Local City Church. God is one in the same no matter where you worship him. I am glad that she has found it in her heart to allow us to call Local City Church home.
