What visitors say

I love going to this church! Everyone treats each other like family. The sermons are powerful, spirit lead and easy to understand. Pastor Jordan makes everyone fill welcome. He is the Pastor of the Midtown Campus. The word of God is easily imparted. I love going to the 9am service with my family. Roger and his wife makes us feel so at home. My family and I have been attending Free Chspel Midtown for over 2 yrs. We attended the Gainesville campus beforehand. The church is reprersentable of all nationalities, so when God looks down upon us, he smiles. As a native Atlantan, I enjoy going to this church on Sundays. You are always welcomed to come as well. Renita Burns ❤️ I’ve been looking for a new church and have been watching online. I felt led to attend today, and the word was specific to what I’ve been studying in my Bible. Jesus is in this place! The gospel is preached, and there is discipleship and outreach. It’s like a bit of heaven on earth - multicultural and generational. I was encouraged to start consuming online content after reading Fasting by Pastor J. Franklin. A church alive is worth the drive. 🙌🏾 Today is the second time I decided to check out Free Chapel. I am new to my decision to check out church, and I must say it was interesting to be dissuaded from attending. The first time I attended I was descended on by about five people to check my bag. This was explained to me, and I explained I would have to have my bag to attend. Not everyone drives…. I left under the impression that my bag would just be checked on future attendance. This is not the case. Although I was permitted to attend today, I ended up leaving. What would be the point of staying knowing I cannot return? I want to say, I do not feel personally attacked by any of this, but it is worth pointing out that, if an on-site solution is not formulated you are turning people away based on assumption. I find that unfortunate. It also feels like a stance of privilege to be told, after an hour of walking to mass, that because I do not have a car to set my bag in, I am not able to attend mass. Something to think about, and a warning to all those who may be in a similar situation. I am off to find a different church. Though I would love to return if the issue is addressed. We love Pastor Franklin and his messages. We have been to the Gainesville location a few times, but it is just too far of a drive for us. We went to the Atlanta location this past Sunday. Once again it was a great message and the staff are very friendly. The only issue we had that would make us not return to the Atlanta location again, is that the sound for the music and service is extremely loud. Almost deafening. I was thinking more about loosing some off my hearing than worshiping. Even when the pastor was speaking, it was very loud. The room is very small so perhaps they can tone it down a little on the sound... Other than that we loved it. Keep your unsolicited junk mail out of my mailbox
