I enjoyed the services for the most part & my daughter loves attending kids’ church here, but a big part of the reason I decided to go back to church is for community. I attended services regularly for 2 months & didn’t meet a single person. Email responses are very slow if you get one at all. And finally - if I wanted to watch a service on a screen, I would stay home. This church came highly recommended, but is not quite what I’m looking for unfortunately :/ I attended one service at a smaller church in Smyrna, and spent an hour after getting to meet all the church leaders & learn more about their beliefs (because they came & introduced themselves & took a genuine interest in new members). My first experience was September 30, 2025. They had a new event called day of prayer. A buddy of mine and I decided to go and check it out. It was a very ethereal experience. Even the lighting was perfect. I may come back for actual services just with the positiveaspects of my first experience. Every detail of the service reflects a high level of intentionality. The lobby is welcoming and the coffee is a nice touch, but the depth of the biblical teaching is what keeps us coming back. It’s a wonderful place for anyone seeking a God-focused community. Great place to hear Gods word! Came here due to work training in Atlanta! It’s a great atmosphere and great message. The church was everything I needed and now I have extended family! Passion City is already a wonderful church, but the Cumberland location is beautiful and welcoming. Our daughter goes to the bloom program while we attend regular services, and we always feel so happy and safe dropping her off. All the pastors, and all the staff and volunteers are wonderful and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
