Outlet has been the amazing church home I’ve been looking for. They are a strong, passionate house of prayer. Each service is led with prevalent compassion and sound doctrine and I truly have been elevating in my faith in brand new ways. As someone who has been a sheep my whole life; it’s been difficult to find a church home that has been helpful in my individualized struggles with faith, discipline, and my devotion. This church and congregation have given me fresh eyes to see The Lord in amazing, brand new ways. I am forever grateful and forever a member. The Outlet Community Church is truly something special. I love their heart for the community and their commitment to investing in local schools. Their support for students, teachers, and families is sincere, consistent, and impactful. It’s refreshing to see a church so dedicated to serving beyond its walls. I’ve carried this story on my heart for over five years, and I finally want to share it. This perfectly illustrates the heart of this church and its leadership. About 5/6 years ago, I was struggling with significant mental health challenges, bipolar disorder and severe anxiety (but look at God). One day while driving my wife and two children to a service, I had a minor accident at the parking structure that triggered a major episode. Overwhelmed, I left the car and took off on foot leaving children and wife heading toward home that was 35 miles away. When my wife informed Pastor Vinnie, he didn't hesitate. He actually stepped away from a pending service to come look for me. Not knowing how long he spent driving around, but I was AWOL for about 30 minutes. The fact that a leader would pause everything to care for one member of his flock in a moment of crisis says everything you need to know about The Outlet Community Church. Pastor Vinnie is an excellent leader who truly lives out the compassion he preaches. This is a place of real support and genuine care. Thank you, And congratulations Pastor Vinnie I am a member of this church. I can honestly say that becoming plugged in with this community has truly transformed my life. This a community of love, acknowledgment and blessings. I am forever grateful to Pastors Vince and Ashley Thomas for teaching me how to be a great stewardess of Christ Very welcoming and open church. Monthly grocery give away is a blessing to many. Teen and kids church is fun and educational.
