I attended once with a coworker. I noticed they asked for money first thing. This coworker would not stop bugging me about church. Invitations. Maybe the endless bugging was compensation for a failed marriage. I mean when you and your wife fail to do the whole bedroom thing for 6 years... Anyway. This coworker was a big part of me losing my job. So. Don't go to this church. Great staff and overall great experience during my visit. I live closer to another campus, though, so I'll check that one out. Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star review. I grew up in the church attended church every weekend and participated in all church events as a child. I wanted those same experiences for my child. I attended with my 1 year old daughter and was asked to come speak with an usher during service because my child was “disruptive and people were looking back” never in 33 years would I have imagined her telling me next time to sit in the hallway during service. This experience brought me to tears and really upset me because it’s important for the younger generation to know GOD. She was a joy during service and many others told me the same and that they can’t believe she said that to me. For me, this experience here was unwelcoming, and I know God would not want his children sitting in the hallways to hear his word. I will be looking for a new church home. I was informed I would receive a call about this and that never happened. This is not a place for me or my family. Love 12 stone, great messages but lacks church family every week people clear out of the sanctuary and the lobby so fast. I would hope to see campus pastors or kevin Meyers encourage church family and the church body seek it out more. But church family really does start with you as an individual I encourage the people of 12 stone to make efforts to know your church body and spend a few minuets talking with them. Serving at 12 stone is the best. Friendly people who love God and others. Finding a purpose
