Got a 3 yr old toddler and when he goes to the church he would say let's go to the friends :). Just love knowing he is taken care off. Pastor and worship team are passionate. Warm lovely welcoming people. I'm with this church for 1 year now and also hosting a small group. Obviously I'm biased but hope you give it a try. Went there for six months and never connected with anyone. The church is weird. Lots of empty seats. I tried my best to connect but the church is very clickish and it is hard to make friends. The only time someone talked to me was when a guy asked me if I wanted to go in front and receive Jesus. He was very judgmental and didn't even ask me anything. I met two people outside the church that told me the same thing. Now I understand why so many empty seats. I tried to connect with a Sunday school class or a small group but after contacting the church by e-mail I didn't get any help. The person replying the e-mail sounded immature and inexperienced. She made me feel like I was bothering her. I wrote the pastor and never got a reply. The worst was when they had a guest pastor from Texas and the guy didn't prepare the message. He was there talking about things that didn't make sense. The first 15 minutes he just did small talk. I have been going to Chapelhill in Douglasville over a year since my I moved to GA from PA in 2016 with my family.I live in Norcross and commute 54 mn to go to church to Chapelhill in Douglasville because I love the community.I was happy when they openend the Dunwoody location which is closer for me about 15mn .It is the same passion the warm welcome you get to any Chapelhill location.Yes the church is not full with people ,a lot empty seat but give it some time, bring our friends or coworker at the church ,we are the one who will help the church and to worship together.I can tell you the Dunwoody location is very nice, people are plaisant and friendly.I have one of my daughter complaining about lack of fun in the kid section, they are all open to suggestions. They are new location give them some time.Rome has not been buit in one day. This church changed my life. The pastors the people. This is home for me. Highly recommend Love this church! All kinds of people. Very friendly. Biblically sound. Great kids program and good adult classes.
