After years of church floating (nowhere ever feeling like home) I came to The Cross in September of 2025 still seeking our place that would inspire growth within us and feel more like a community that we were a part of. Not just familiar faces you smile and nod at on Sundays. The partners at this church welcomed us with open arms and immediately began introducing us to others and making sure we had whatever support we were looking for and I have watched them do the same for countless others since I began coming. The Pastor, Staff and congregation is by far the most welcoming community I have ever experienced. It makes it easy to plug in and learn what we are really here for, God’s word and his will over our lives. Nice open field! We were there for flag football and the field was well-maintained and level. The playground could be better maintained and seems to retain water and moisture from the rain. Be sure to bring an umbrella or tent if you will be on the field for a few hours as there are limited trees in the middle of the field for shade. We didn't use the facility aside from the bathrooms, which were in fair condition. Just visited this church last Sunday, and I can sum it up with one word AMAZING! The partners at this church wasted no time getting to know me and introducing me to others while I was there. Pastor Tim Cash, great word straight out of the gospel, great leadership, great place. My story seemed to matter.... I will return for sure. Always a great message! If you need a place to feel connected to the Holy Spirit come and open your heart and soul. This is such an amazing church! Everyone treats you like family and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Worship is great and Pastor Tim is a great leader and teacher who truly preaches authentic and biblicly based sermons. They have great small groups and other ministries. They are great with outreach in the community and beyond.
