I want to update my original review after attending the Citywide Baby Shower. My experience in person was completely different than what I expected. The event was organized, welcoming, fast-paced, and very well put together. The volunteers and staff were helpful, attentive, and carried such positive energy the entire time. Everyone had smiles on their faces and genuinely seemed to care about the mothers and families attending. Everything was clean, sanitized, and ran smoothly. They made sure mothers were okay, cared for, and supported throughout the event. You could tell a lot of effort, planning, and love went into making this happen for the community. I also want to sincerely thank Pastor Angel for personally reaching out to me with kindness and compassion. I truly appreciate the way she handled everything and took the time to connect with me. I was wrong about this church, and I’m grateful I had the opportunity to experience the event for myself. Thank you to everyone who helped make the Citywide Baby Shower a positive experience for so many families. The Primetimers experience was awesome. I met some really great new friends, had an awesome physical workout that was appropriate for my age, enjoyed a wonderful lunch and was spiritually fed with the word of God. What a morning! I truly praise God for this ministry! My experience can't be put into words! You would have to come see for yourself and TRUST me when I say, "YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED " From the parking attendants, to being greeted with the most genuine and inviting invitation, to be ministered through songs by the dynamic praise and worship team/musicians, to one of the MOST prolific, anointed, gifted, articulate, intelligent, humble, understanding, blessed man of GOD who breaks down and disect the God's word through preaching and teaching, Pastor Dharius Daniels has truly been a vital part of my spiritual growth. If you're in the Atlanta area or not(I live in North Carolina 3.5 hours away) make arrangements to visit CHANGE CHURCH for yourself! I went here on 11/23 and it was my first time visiting this church. First off this was probably my first time going to church this year and when i tell you this pastor preached!?! His preaching style is exactly what I enjoy not doom and gloom, educated, funny, concise, and teaching! I’ll definitely be back. SN: I saw a guy with this shirt on and it confirmed the cowboys would be the eagles latter that afternoon and they did. Won’t he do it! Their buses speed through nearby neighborhoods way too fast—and there are kids playing there.
