What visitors say
22 years ago after my dad died, my mom started coming here. They convinced my mother that my dad, my grandfather, and our family who had died were all in hell because they weren’t church of Christ. We were Baptist. She was devastated from that and I had to try to tell her that they were in Heaven. Then they had her and a few other people “working” on me because apparently I was going to hell, too (not to mention one awful woman who was at our house slapped my dog because he was sweetly greeting her). This place was a cult and I’m SO glad she got out of there. This is where I go every week. The minister and elders are knowledgeable. The teaching and sermons are meaningful and the people attending are friendly and caring. God's word only proclaimed Best church in Illinois God Bless
