HCC is a warm and caring church family. Pastor Jim preaches the word of God and is a wonderful spiritual leader. After my first visit to HCC, I knew I had found my new church home! Our family joined Hope when our kids were young. From our very first visit, this church immediately felt like home. We have made wonderful friends and been involved in several ministries that have really helped us grow in our faith. Being in a smaller church helps you feel more connected to people and not just lost in the crowd. I would encourage anyone who visits our church to find a life group right away. Life groups are for all ages and help you meet new people. Our church also really cares about the community. We host several events during the year that are great for families, like our Easter Egg Hunt and Fall Festival. If you are looking for a friendly church, want to learn more about Christianity or grow in your relationship with Jesus, we'd love for you to join us! We love attending Hope! We have such an amazing community here. Having kids in elementary to high school is sometimes challenging to find a church that can meet all our needs, not at Hope! Our kids love the children's ministry and the youth group! My husband and I also love the "family" we have in our small group. If you're looking for a place to feel at home, like a family, Hope is the place to come visit! We love to see new faces! I began attending Hope Community Church 3 years ago after leaving a much larger church where I felt lost in the crowd and had a hard time making meaningful connections with people. I was welcomed into their church family immediately and quickly became involved in various activities and groups. The people at Hope are some of the most genuine and caring people I have ever met, and I have grown so much in my faith through attending this church. If you are a young adult looking to get plugged into a small group, whether that be to explore the Bible for the first time and ask questions, create new relationships, or grow in your faith and knowledge of the Bible, then you are welcome here! Hope is a multi-generational church that does a great job of engaging all ages in worship and offering opportunities to connect through fun activities. There always seem to be events for kids, teens, young adults, and the women's and men's groups. As a parent of two teenagers, I can't say enough great things about the youth pastor and all those who help ... my teens always have a great time at youth group while also continually growing in their faith. The preaching is also biblical, relevant, and applicable to our lives. I'd definitely recommend Hope Community Church whatever your age or wherever you are in your faith journey, whether just exploring, a new Christian, or spiritually mature.
