What visitors say
We want your money to expand. That was the entire service. Seems like everybody that was so warm and inviting as I walked in the door was just marketing at this point, whether that was their intent or not. What's the point of expanding if your message is just to keep expanding. God wants his word to expand... Not your brand. He doesn't care how many mercy roads there are... He wants people to know about Saul's transition to Paul. The symbolism of the burning bush. The impact of a father acknowledging his son and saying with whom I am well pleased. Scripture. Substance. Message. Focus on your success where you're at before moving on. There's literally qr codes on the back of the chairs for you to scan while you're sitting there. Put that effort into understanding your mission Edit : I came back months later... Complete reversal and no talk of donations. Good service on Galatians. I have been attending Mercy Road for over 13 years. One of the best things I like about this Church is the fact that almost 50% of all the money goes outside to the community, and to support other churches. That is very impressive. That percentage of giving outside the church is NOT common! I also love the family feel of Mercy Road. I remember the first time I attended, I met the pastor, his wife, and was already given opportunities to get involved. I was truly treated as an equal. I hadn’t felt that way at other churches. It’s easy to get lost in a midsize or a large church, but not Mercy Road! I also respect the statement they make before every service. “A church should be a hospital for sinners, and not a museum for Saints, no one is too far from God to experience life change in Jesus Christ!” I can tell you right now, in my experience, I’ve been to other churches that do not treat a church as a hospital for sinners. That type of humility is what the world needs. Mercy Road is wonderful, and I am blessed to be part of such a great church! Great Bible teaching teachers and great “ecosystem” to build community and encourage discipleship. Mercy Road has truly changed my life! Each week they remind us “We are a hospital for sinners, not a museum for saints”. Mercy Road is a community that wants the best for you and meets people where they are. It’s a place you don’t have to fear judgement. You can feel the staff’s love for Jesus radiating in the way they serve and care for people!! 💛 Haven't been in years 😁 its a pleasure may God continue to bless this church and others who want to know him in Jesus name I pray.
