I love this place. I've been looking, unsuccessfully for 10 years for a church that was faith based and not a business. Not only is this a truly faith based family, full of loving believers but it's fellowship is wonderful. If you're looking for a home church I would definitely check this place out and let your soul decide. Last year I'd prayed for God to lead me to a good church, and He led me to "FCC Indy". From the moment I walked in, I was greeted, felt welcome, and truly loved by the people I met! The people readily gather around people in need of prayer during the service... They truly are the hands and feet of Jesus! - Pastor Steve Nanney is one of the best pastors I've ever had, SO full of the Holy Spirit and love! He faithfully preaches, even the "harder truths" but does so in a way that feels more exhorting, challenging and encouraging (and not condemning). Every message has been so powerful and timely! - They have wonderful men's and women's ministries, each of which have Saturday morning prayer gatherings where God has shown up powerfully and answered prayers big time! Wonderful youth ministry and private school too! - FCC Indy is a beacon of light and love of Jesus in Indianapolis! This is an amazing church, we have been coming here for, three year’s now. We love to pray for one another at, any time during the service. We are filled with love, laughter we will get in the trenches with you and stay there. We really are doing life together as, the body of Christ should do. We understand the assignment, and truly care about our community. Our pastor is one of a kind he does not peach at, you like most do. He allows the holy spirt to convict you. He preaches the truth and many don’t like to hear it these days and ages. You feel the love from everyone when, you enter in the doors. We do communion every Sunday. We have church on Sunday nights and Wednesday. We have children’s church and nursery and even women’s and men’s prayer on sat morning so if your looking for a small church filled with love and truth look no more. We would love to meet you and to meet with you as well. Have a blessed day in the lord. My family and I have been coming to this church for one year now. We have been so blessed by the pastor and his wife, the elders of the church, and the precious people who attend church here and to have the opportunity to serve as well. If you’re looking for a solid, Bible being taught, Holy Spirit filled and lead church family I would highly recommend visiting and considering making this your home church. Pastor Steve truly has one of the most solid, Jesus and Holy Spirit, Bible focused hearts that I’ve met. He just literally oozes with love for people. We’ve seen a few of the ups and downs and this church and its leadership stand firm on the word of God, their faith, and I am thankful that the Lord brought us here. This is not a safe place. The pastor is shady and has hurt many people over the last few years. They have lost so many good people. They do not practice what they preach. Please be careful trusting the leader, his wife, or their friends. They like to cover and hide major issues and act like nothing is wrong in front of the congregation. When you first attend, it is a great place that is loving and accepting, but the deeper you get into serving, the more you see how deep the sin and pride are.
