Awesome church! Filled with kind, genuine cool people. Pastor Jared is a down to earth, humble practical and great communicator of the word. He likes being called a bible nerd and he is, every sunday he brings a nuanced vision of the stories of the gospel or prohets and you walk out with better and useful tools to understand how God works in life. Community groups are great, theres plenty of them all over the city and also different times of the week. So sundays are fun and sermons always on point but is definitely more fun to have people to hang out during the week too. Also serving earlier on sundays is fun and another way to catch up with the church family. God has definitely blessed me through the people at renewal and im very very thankful for this community. Had the opportunity to visit Renewal on our vacation time in Boston. We felt very welcome by the friendly congregation and thoroughly enjoyed the worship and pastors message. May God continue to bless your ministry and outreach to your community Moving to Boston this past summer was scary since we didn't know anyone. My wife and I stayed virtual with our church for a few weeks until we decided that we had to be grounded somewhere, and when we found Renewal, we knew we were in the right place!! Renewal Church is the only place in Boston where I've felt welcomed. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk with. Along with the people, service is wonderful and my connection with God has strengthened instead of withered since moving away from home. Great experience i am in the USA for few months before returning to South Africa its been awesome fellowshipping here Great place to grow in your faith and make new friends! When I moved to Boston I was eager to find a new church community and plug into my new city. I really knew nobody, so church felt like a good place to start. Right when I walked in the door at Renewal the welcome mat was rolled out. Everybody was so friendly and so eager to get me connected! I didn’t feel like a stranger, I felt already part of the family. Fast-forward 8 months and I am attending every week and even helping out on the greeting team on Sunday mornings. If you are brand new to church or have been attending your whole life, Renewal is the place for you. I’d definitely encourage you to check it out!
