What visitors say
This was the best church that I was apart of for 4 years. I moved to another state in the past year, but I miss this amazing church! I now go to a great church, similar to Grace where I now live. I will always appreciate Grace. Bible centered/expository teaching church- the best expository preaching you can get! Go here if you seek to learn and grow in Christ and knowledge of scripture. Amazing community. My husband and I became members in 2019 right before our son was born. The community welcomed us with open arms. So grateful to God for this church! My family and I started to come to this church about 6 months ago. We are quite new but we do like this church because they teach the truth. Everything is from bible. We learn a lot from Sunday sermons. This church offers Bible classes on Saturdays as well (Bible institute). We hope to grow more in Christ here :-). A beautiful place of fellowship, where biblical doctrines are explained... one verse at a time, in correct association with the context! Pastor Leake is a brilliant, yet humble, teacher. He is not afraid to honestly and lovingly correct false doctrine. Questions are answered, and the Truth of God is made so clear-- using scripture to interpret scripture. We have been BLESSED to find a place where we could learn the Truth of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit that has come to indwell those who have been graced to know Christ. ... as well as the skills to correctly study His Word. Need to add that the members here are not like anybody we have ever known. They truly have the Holy Spirit of God's love in them. You feel that you are not alone in the saving faith that has been bestowed upon you... and they have so much to teach and share of themselves. The body of Christ at Hope Bible Church exemplifies what Christian fellowship is supposed to be all about! Before we visited Hope Bible Church we visited several churches in the area and were disappointed with their message and teaching. From the first time we visited Hope we were impressed with the Bible teaching and message. We visited several times after the first visit to get a feel for how the members interacted with each other. Every time we visited Hope Bible Church someone would talk to us and ask if we were new to the church. We felt like they were open and friendly. We have been members for about two years and feel like we are part of the church family.
